Capacity Building Supports

Support that focusses on helping you develop skills and strategies to better manage your mental health.

Development and training to increase your skills so you can participate in community, social and recreational activities.

Mentoring to build individual skills which may include transport training, shopping, life administration, maintaining contact with others and taking part in social activities.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

Group skills training that will enhance each participants' capabilities and learn invaluable skills to build a life worth living.

10 week and 24 week programs that will teach individuals Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

Open to non-NDIS participants. (Fee for service and Mental Health Care Plan available).

2 day intensive face to face practitioner training.
