Position Description
Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
Job Type: Casual
Location: Sunshine Coast, QLD

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

Utilise evidence-based practice in your support approach.

Support participants to access the community ie., appointments, groups etc., and in home support, depending on what is required and/or participant needs.

Deep understanding of person-centered approach and recovery framework.

Walk along side and hold hope for our clients and support them to achieve their goals.

Liaising with relevant stakeholders where required.

Qualifications:
Minimum Cert IV in Mental Health or Diploma in Community Services and / or experience in Mental Health Support Work, Community Services, or related fields.
