Job Title:        Mental Health Support Worker

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Utilise evidence-based practice in your support approach.

• Support participants to access the community ie., appointments, groups etc., and in home support, depending on what is required and/or participant needs.

• Deep understanding of person-centered approach and recovery framework. 

• Walk along side and hold hope for our clients and support them to achieve their goals.

• Liaising with relevant stakeholders where required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Cert IV in Mental Health or  Diploma in Community Services and / or experience in Mental Health Support Work, Community Services, or related fields.

• NDIS worker screening card holder / yellow card or willingness to obtain one

• Reliable vehicle, Queensland drivers’ licence and fully insured vehicle
